Intel datasheet v1.0 spec table: 'Bandwidth 224 GB/s' with 'Interface 128-bit' and 'Dedicated Memory 16GB of GDDR6'. Intel does not print a per-pin data rate, so both figures are quoted verbatim rather than re-derived.

notes
16 Xe-HPG cores, 128 XMX engines, 16 RT units. PCIe Gen 5.0 x16 connector wired x8 electrical, same mismatch the B60 datasheet documents, so host bandwidth is half of what the slot implies. No auxiliary power connector; 70 W total board power, dual-slot half-height half-length (168 mm x 69 mm). The 170 INT8 TOPS figure is explicitly dense per footnote 1, so it is comparable to the B60's 197 dense INT8 TOPS and not an INT4 or sparse number. 16 GB at 224 GB/s is the constraint for local inference: a 4-bit 14B model fits, a 4-bit 32B dense model does not. The MLPerf v6.0 row for this part is a 4-card system (MAXSUN MS-Intel Arc Pro B50 16G), not a single card. No GPU-to-GPU fabric; scale-out is PCIe only.
