Symptom
models/demos/ in tt-metal has wormhole, blackhole, t3000, tg directories but NO grayskull dir; the vendor model matrix lists zero Grayskull rows.
Root cause
Grayskull is legacy: the Falcon-7B demo (ttnn_falcon7b/falcon7b_common) targets Wormhole/T3000/Galaxy, and the last GS-adjacent tech report is Sep-2024. 8GB LPDDR4 + deprecated TT-Buda-era path means no modern 7B open model runs without writing your own kernels.
Workaround
Buy Wormhole n150/n300 or Blackhole p150 instead (~$1k-1.4k new). A ~$300-500 used e150 is a fine teaching card for the Tensix/Metalium model and vision work - a paperweight for LLMs.
