GitHub REST API repository metadata for all 102 engine repos (batch pull, 2026-10-04)

Method source for EVERY maintenance-status fact added on 2026-10-04: archived flag, pushed_at (last push), created_at, open_issues_count (includes PRs - see gotcha), stargazers_count, forks_count, default_branch, license.spdx_id. Pulled with authenticated `gh api repos/{owner}/{repo}` over all 102 engine records that carry a `repo` field; last-release tag+published_at from `gh api repos/{o}/{r}/releases/latest` (falling back to `tags` where no release object exists, in which case published_at is null and only the tag name is known); contributor count from the Link-header 'last page' of `contributors?per_page=1&anon=1`, which counts distinct committers INCLUDING anonymous ones; last commit date from `commits?per_page=1`. Raw API JSON, not rendered pages. 2 of 102 repos 404'd (local-webgpu points at w3c/webgpu which is private-or-renamed; mxptq-research-harness points at microsoft/NeuralCompression which 404s) and were excluded rather than guessed. Snapshot semantics: pushed_at moves, so a reader should re-pull rather than treat these as permanent.
