Win11, Ryzen 7 5800X, ASUS X570 PRO running the card at PCIe x8, AMD driver 32.0.31041.1004, llama.cpp b11212: with SAM/ReBAR on, every decode fails with vk::Queue::submit: ErrorDeviceLost and the server exits (HTTP 500); disabling ReBAR in BIOS makes the identical command succeed. Reproduces at 2K, 16K and 256K context. Another user runs 2x R9700 on Linux with ReBAR without issue, so the card alone is not the cause.
