The 2024, 2025 and 2026 executive-summary landing pages all return HTTP 200 and confirm the survey exists and is in its 14th year, but every page is a ~11.7 KB landing page with no PUE number in the HTML. The actual figures are in a 13-14 page executive summary excerpted from a 31-page report available only to Uptime Network / Uptime Intelligence members. Google quotes an 'industry average' of 1.56 against its own 1.09, and Uptime is the usual origin of that figure, so Uptime likely does publish an industry average PUE - but it could not be read from a public page here, so NO UPTIME PUE NUMBER IS RECORDED ANYWHERE IN THIS REPO.
