This record's url is https://github.com/vllm-project/vllm/blob/main/vllm/v1/metrics/loggers.py and the file is still there on main: the authenticated recursive tree for vllm@main (8,567 entries, truncated=false, so the listing is complete and a miss is a real miss) contains vllm/v1/metrics/loggers.py, and that same listing contains the sibling buckets.py. The second cited path also survives: vllm/v1/spec_decode/metrics.py is present on main, independently confirmed by an authenticated code search for the vllm:spec_decode metric prefix, which returns that file. Nothing here is stale. Recording the negative explicitly because this repo has been bitten three times by instrument artefacts this month (rent-cerebras, the five mlcommons repo roots, the v5.1/v6.1 Supermicro log) and an unrecorded 'looks fine' is indistinguishable from a probe that never ran.
