notes
THIS SOURCE EXISTS TO CORRECT A WRONG NEGATIVE IN THIS REPO, and it is the most useful methodological finding of the 2026-10-04 price-perishability pass. The supply record rent-cerebras-api-token-pricing-negative previously asserted that Cerebras's per-model per-1M-token rates 'did not appear in the static HTML extraction' and recorded no price_usd on that basis. That inference was wrong. Re-fetching the page on 2026-10-04 with a RENDERED-DOM browser rather than a static HTML extractor returns the rates in full: 'Developer Tier Pricing' table, columns Model / Speed / Input / Output - OPENAI GPT OSS 120B, ~3000 tokens/s, $0.35/M tokens input, $0.75/M tokens output; QWEN Qwen 3.8 27B, ~1850 tokens/s, $0.99/M tokens input, $1.49/M tokens output. The rates were always published. The earlier probe failed because the table is rendered client-side, so a static extractor sees the section HEADINGS ('Cerebras Inference Tier Pricing', 'Developer Tier Pricing') and the footnote prose but not the table body. THE GENERAL LESSON, which applies to every provider in this directory: 'I could not extract it' is a claim about YOUR RETRIEVAL METHOD, not about the vendor's disclosure, and the repo already says so in rent-pricing-not-public-negatives-2026-10 - but that record was applied to Cerebras without the distinction being made. A negative must be re-tested with a second method before it is believed. NOTE the surviving genuine negatives on the same page, which this source confirms: the Enterprise tier prices as 'Contact us for a quote' with no number anywhere, Enterprise-only features are marked '**' = 'Available by agreement', and there is still no GPU-hour rate and no naming of serving silicon beyond the wafer-scale WSE-3. So the honest negative narrows to the ENTERPRISE tier rather than to Cerebras as a provider. The $5 promotional credit terms are unchanged and re-confirmed here: one-time, expires 30 days after activation, API and Playground access pause when it expires or is exhausted unless PayGo credits are purchased separately, non-transferable, no cash value, may be withheld. Also confirmed unchanged: Cerebras remains routable via AWS Marketplace, OpenRouter, HuggingFace and Vercel, each adding its own layer and markup.
