P5/P5e/P5en hardware spec table: p5.4xlarge = 1x H100 80GB; p5.48xlarge = 8x H100 640GB, 900 GB/s NVSwitch; p5e/p5en.48xlarge = 8x H200 141GB = 1128GB HBM3e. Also the source for the UltraCluster ceiling (20,000 H100/H200 per UltraCluster) and for the 'Get started / Reserve for future use' split between plain EC2 and Capacity Blocks. Explicitly notes GPUDirect RDMA is NOT supported on p5.4xlarge.
