Google Cloud Compute Engine VM instance pricing

General VM pricing landing page; used for the discount-model facts rather than for a number: 'Spot VMs (and preemptible VMs) cannot receive CUDs or SUDs', resource-based vs flexible commitments are mutually exclusive and applied in a stated order, and CUDs require opt-in per consumption model. Landing page also links accelerator-optimized pricing, so no separate GPU number is taken from it.
