Self-serve, first-come, no sales call. 8-GPU instances (208 vCPU / 1800 GiB): H100 SXM $3.99/GPU-hr; A100 SXM 80GB $2.79; A100 SXM 40GB $1.99; B200 SXM6 $6.69; V100 $0.79. Smaller shapes are marked UP not down: 4-GPU H100 $4.09, 2-GPU H100 $4.19, 1-GPU H100 SXM $4.29, 1-GPU H100 PCIe $3.29, 1-GPU GH200 (96GB) $2.29. So the per-GPU price falls with scale on Lambda. Separately, 1-Click Clusters are quote-only: H100 $6.16/GPU-hr at 16 GPUs, $5.85 at 64, $5.54 at 256; B200 $9.86 / $9.36 / $8.87. All prices '+ applicable sales tax/VAT/GST'.
