Huawei Atlas 300I Duo product page (e.huawei.com) - 技术规格 table publishing 280 TOPS INT8 / 140 TFLOPS FP16, which the record's empty flops array missed

VERBATIM 2026-10-05 via web_extract. Recorded because data/accelerators/huawei-atlas-300i-duo has an EMPTY flops array while citing two support.huawei.com specification pages that state memory, power and core counts but publish NO compute figure for this card.
THE 技术规格 TABLE, verbatim, in full: | 产品 | Atlas 300I Duo 推理卡 | | AI算力 | 280 TOPS INT8
4K 512FPS', max resolution 8192*8192.
SO THE EMPTY ARRAY WAS OVER-CORRECTED. The 280 TOPS INT8 and 140 TFLOPS FP16 are Huawei's own published figures, on Huawei's own site, and the 1.86 TOPS/W ratio is consistent with them at 150W (280 / 150 = 1.87). The earlier pass correctly established that support.huawei.com's Atlas 300I Duo specifications page carries no TOPS row - that note is still true and still worth keeping - but the absence in ONE Huawei document was again generalised to the vendor, exactly as with Moore Threads S4000.
CARD BASIS, STATED SO IT IS NOT DOUBLED: this is a DUAL-processor card ('dual 310-series' in the record name). 280 TOPS INT8 and 140 TFLOPS FP16 are the WHOLE-CARD figures ('单卡最大', per card), and the 408 GB/s in the memory row is likewise the card total ('总带宽') with the 48 GB bin offered as an alternative to 96 GB. The sibling Atlas 300I Pro (single processor) publishes no compute figure on any Huawei page located, so a reader should not assume 280 TOPS is the per-processor number - at two processors it implies 140 TOPS INT8 per processor, which is the same ratio the record already notes for bandwidth (408/2 = 204, matching the 300I Pro's 204.8).
SPARSITY: NO sparsity footnote, no row titled for structured sparsity, no '2:4'. The strings '稀疏'/'sparsity' do not occur. Huawei's convention here is the same as Intel's on these parts - the figure printed is the figure. Do not halve 280 or 140.
