arXiv API entry for 2510.09665 (LMCache v1/v2) - submission date makes an ICLR 2025 acceptance impossible

THE DECISIVE ARGUMENT against paper-lmcache's venue=iclr, and it is arithmetic rather than an index search, which is why it survives the objection that any venue index could be incomplete. The arXiv API returns for 2510.09665: published 2025-10-08T00:15:04Z, updated 2025-12-05T04:52:54Z (v2). ICLR 2025 author notifications were January 2025 and its conference was April 2025; ICLR 2026's cycle is the next one open after this preprint appeared. A paper first posted to arXiv in OCTOBER 2025 therefore cannot have been an ICLR 2025 paper - the decision preceded the preprint by roughly nine months. The only conference venues still reachable by a first-submission date of October 2025 are late-2025 and 2026 venues. This is a stronger form of evidence than a negative index search because it does not depend on the index being complete: it is a consistency argument between two dates that are independently documented. It also explains HOW the error got in.
