OpenReview api2 /notes/search for 'LMCache' - returns the arXiv deposit only, no ICLR record

The evidence that closes the paper-lmcache contested venue. The search for 'LMCache' on api2 returns exactly ONE record carrying a title and a venue for the system paper: 'LMCache: An Efficient KV Cache Layer for Enterprise-Scale LLM Inference' with venue 'CoRR 2025' and venueid 'dblp.org/journals/CORR/2025', forum M1BI86jGg6, authors Yihua Cheng, Yuhan Liu, Jiayi Yao, Yuwei An, Xiaokun Chen, Shaoting Feng, Yuyang Huang, Samuel Shen, Kuntai Du, Junchen Jiang. The dblp.org/journals/CORR venueid class is the tell that this is the arXiv deposit reflected back, not a proceedings decision. The other titled records in the same result set are a DIFFERENT paper - 'Do Large Language Models Need a Content Delivery Network?' (CoRR 2024, same Cheng/Du/Yao/Jiang group) - a survey ('Strata: Hierarchical Context Caching for Long Context Language Models', CoRR 2025) that CITES LMCache rather than being it, and a 2027 submission that is not this paper. None of them is an ICLR acceptance for LMCache. No ICLR.cc venueid appears anywhere in the result set. This REPRODUCES the wave-4 finding rather than contradicting it, and the disagreement between waves was never about the search - it was about what the record did with the answer. See sco-openreview-venue-search for the original index and w6p-arxiv-api-lmcache-timing for the decisive independent argument.
