Board specification table rows verbatim: 'Bus Type: PCIe 4.0 x16', 'Infinity Fabric(TM) Links: 3', 'Peak Infinity Fabric(TM) Link Bandwidth: 100 GB/s'. The 100 is BIDIRECTIONAL per link (2 x 50 per direction), which the ROCm MI250 microarchitecture page states directly ('50 GB/sec per link (or 100 GB/sec bidirectional peak transfer bandwidth)'). Reconciles with CDNA 2 white paper endnote MI200-43: MI210 has three links giving 300 GB/s P2P per card, and 300 / 3 = 100 exactly. Note the link count differs from the MI250X OAM's 8 on the SAME generation - the count is a property of the form factor and link budget, not of the CDNA generation, which is the reason a single per-generation 'link count' number is misleading.
