The per-link figure is IDENTICAL to MI210's 100 GB/s because both are CDNA 2 at 25 GT/sec - but the link count is 8 rather than 3, so the per-card GPU-to-GPU aggregate differs by more than 2x while the per-link number does not move at all. This pair (MI210 3 links / MI250X 8 links, both 100 GB/s per link) is the cleanest available demonstration that AMD's per-link figure and its link-count figure are independent axes of the fabric, not one number.
