Vendor product page for the Hexagon NPU SDK. Thin on mechanics by construction - the technical documentation is gated behind a Qualcomm ID sign-in (docs.qualcomm.com timed out on the documentation bundle attempted), so this source supports only that the SDK exists, is Qualcomm's direct NPU programming path, and sits alongside the separately documented SNPE and QAIRT products in Qualcomm's own AI developer workflow. Deliberately NOT used to assert anything about QNN's compilation strategy, autotuning, or production status, because no ungated primary source for those was reachable. Any future QNN compiler record should be upgraded from this page to the gated SDK documentation.
