Multiple sellers ship 'V100 SXM2 + PCIe adapter + fan' bundles ~$840-1,140. 300 W part. Best value ONLY when you can source the carrier; otherwise the PCIe card (nvidia-v100-pcie-32gb, ~$695-900) is the low-drama route. Volta FP16 tensor (125 TF SXM2) means vLLM FP16 works properly.
