KV bytes basis
36 layers x 8 kv heads x 128 head_dim x 2 (K+V) x 2 bytes (llama.cpp default f16 KV; the Q4_K is the weight quant, not the cache) = 147,456 B/token, the geometry in models/qwen3-8b and mbl-cfg-qwen3-8b. The page does not print a resident-KV byte count. At 65,536 tokens that is 147,456 x 65,536 = 9.00 GiB of KV on a 16 GB card, which is why the same table has no 128k cell for this model.

Methodology
Hardware Corner per-SKU llama.cpp table, single RTX 4080 (16 GB GDDR6X, 716 GB/s as printed). Qwen3 8B Q4_K token-generation row: 102.7 t/s at 4k, 77.9 at 16k, 59.0 at 32k, 39.0 at 64k. The 64k cell is the longest context the page published for this model on this card; the 128k and 256k cells are dashes. Prompt processing at the same 64k depth is 937.9 t/s (6,177.9 at 4k, 3,809.8 at 16k, 1,968.4 at 32k). measured_tps_at_ctx is the 64k token-generation cell, batch-1 per-request decode. measured_ttft_ms_at_ctx is null: the page publishes prefill tok/s, not a time-to-first-token. The page does not publish the llama.cpp build hash, CUDA version, or the exact prompt and output lengths inside the 64k bucket.

notes
Closes the bandwidth axis of the 16 GB Qwen3-8B row. The cache is identical to the 4060 Ti and 5060 Ti records: 147,456 B/token, 9.00 GiB at 64k, and no 128k cell, because 9 GiB of f16 KV plus the Q4_K weights fills a 16 GB card. What changes is the bus. At the same 64k depth decode is 13.0 t/s on the 4060 Ti (288 GB/s), 20.7 t/s on the 5060 Ti (448 GB/s) and 39.0 t/s here (716 GB/s); prefill is 392.1, 650.3 and 937.9 t/s. Three cards, one KV geometry, and the speed ranks with bandwidth while the context ceiling does not: the same page's gpt-oss 20B MXFP4 row still generates 60.0 t/s at 128k. The cliff on this card is 102.7 t/s at 4k to 39.0 at 64k (2.6x). Confidence 0.7 matches the source: a third-party table with no build hash.
