HuggingFace model configs, model cards and safetensors metadata APIs for Chinese open-weight models

Generic source covering three endpoints read on 2026-10-03 for every model record in this slice: (1) https://huggingface.co/<org>/<model>/raw/main/config.json for architecture fields, (2) README.md for vendor-stated parameter/active-parameter counts and LICENSE first lines, (3) https://huggingface.co/api/models/<org>/<model> for the safetensors parameter total, license tag and createdAt date. Parameter totals are the safetensors tensor sum, which differs slightly from vendor headline numbers (e.g. DeepSeek-V3 684.53B vs the 671B the card states) because of embedding/MTP-layer accounting; both are recorded in the model notes.
