notes
An honest negative, recorded so the 100+ null lead_time_weeks values in data/supply are a FINDING rather than a gap, and so nobody re-runs this search. WHAT WAS PROBED on 2026-10-04 and what happened: NVIDIA (nvidia.com Get DGX / DGX-Ready / NPN marketplace) - quote-only, a 'Talk to Us' lead form and a partner finder, no lead time anywhere. AMD Instinct 'Where to Buy' - no lead time. Supermicro GPU/HGX pages - 'Request Pricing' contact form, and the only week-count on the accelerator pages is the title of a third-party review ('A Week With an NVIDIA HGX B200'), not a commitment. Dell poweredge-xe9680 storefront - Access Denied / Akamai bot block to automated fetch (Reference #18.cc24c317), so Dell's storefront could not be read programmatically; Dell's own kbdoc technical guide also failed to fetch (document_antibot). HPE GPU servers page - rendered with no availability text server-side. QCT GPU server category - near-empty response. Distributors: CDW IS THE EXCEPTION and does print windows (see spl-cdw-published-lead-times-gpu-2026-10); Insight's AI server category URL now 404s ('Page Not Found') after a site-wide URL change; Provantage, IT Creations and ServersDirect product pages returned no week figures. THE ONE PUBLISHED NUMBER FOUND ANYWHERE IN THE CHAIN IS AWS's 8-week MAXIMUM Capacity Block booking horizon (source spl-aws-capacity-block-booking-horizon) - a ceiling on how far ahead you may commit, not a delivery time. WHAT THIS MEANS FOR THE FIELD: lead_time_weeks is null on the great majority of supply records because no primary source publishes one, and per AGENTS.md an unsourced number must not be invented. Where a bound exists it is recorded in notes as a bound - NVIDIA's $95.2bn purchase/supply obligation substantially payable through FY2027 (source spl-nvda-10k-fy2026-supply-commitments) is the best available horizon for datacenter parts. Search engines were also consulted: every lead-time figure surfaced for 2026 GPU lead times (8-16, 16-24, 20-28, 36-52 weeks for B200/H200 and similar) traces to SEO reseller and market-commentary blogs that cite no primary source and contradict each other by a factor of four; AGENTS.md forbids SEO listicles, so NONE of those numbers were recorded. Caveat on confidence 0.75: the Dell and HPE storefronts are bot-blocked to automated fetch, so a browser session may yet find a week count on the dynamic Dell store; that is worth one human check and would not change the null for any other vendor.
